My cousin will be my Co sponsor and she's married, but they don't file joint tax does her husband need to file I864 also? Thank you all so much for the help...

If she files married filing separately and her own return satisfies the I-864 then only she needs to submit one, not the husband too.

As I stated above, if she files taxes as married filing separately, and meets the minimum requirements solely through her own income, the husband's income doesn't need to be included.

Ok thank you! Got it now actually she just quit her job, but she doing well in her life I meant she have enough savings, bonds, and trust from her mother plus she owned her house fully paid... do you think it's enough?

Don't forget that the sponsor is required to meet 125% of the guidelines.
