Hello. i am a US citizen filling out petition I-129f for a K1 visa. My fiance is a Lithuanian citizen but has been living and working in Ireland since 2008. I want to know what to put for 36a/b when it asks "your fiance will apply for a visa abroad at the American embassy or consulate at:"

I asked a question in another post and this is what I got:

She is a lithuanian citizen living in Ireland. Should I put the US embassy/consulate in Dublin, Ireland closest to her residence? -

Answer I got: "as far as i know, if she is legally residing in Ireland you may put Ireland, but double check this, cos she will need to go for medical exam after you got approved, i am not sure if in Ireland they attend non-citizents (in case if she is non citizen)....please develop this topic yourself to be sure you put all correctly."

So do I put Dublin? Will they not let her take the medical exam because she is not an Irish citizen? Thanks in advance for the help.
