2go and DS-260

Visa approved Feb 3rd and just looking at the printed out copy I have and I do not see the delivery instructions. When I filled out the form for my wife I indicated the delivery to go to MOA. Looking at past threads before the DS-260 I saw that the receiving window gave forms to drop off at the 2go window...I hope it is going to MOA as I do not plan on going back to my old address here in the Philippines.

I tried the MNL case # on the 2go tracker and not entered yet, is this still the way to track?

As soon as I see a tracking number I am booking tickets so I can get my sons exit clearance. Hopefully the tracking info shows the destination, anyone done this lately? Spending a small fortune in Manila hotel but will get dental checks for family and I and a few other things that are 'cheaper' in the Philippines

Did you check the status on the CEAC website? If it shows the visa is still with the embassy 2GO won't have any info on their site.

it says issued with the date of feb 3rd. i tried calling but the infrastructure here sucks, got dropped and then could not get through after that...is one of the big reasons i have had it with living here

You can call 2GO to check even using the MNL# or passport number.. there is not always a 2GO tracking number

Bureau of Immigration. I never bothered getting a Philippine passport for him. I will not deal with the likes of the DFA or any other Philippine entity that I can avoid

I don't blame you. But you can get the passport in satellite offices in malls and you won't need an appointment. There's a courtesy lane for infants. Though I'm not sure how old your son is lol.

This is the first time I heard Immigration here issuing an exit clearance. I have much to learn.

the child is still under 2, never heard of satellite offices...i just remember the DFA in Cebu, worse than the CFO wait, hehe. as i mentioned before tho the DFA when i went there for the wife she got a priority cuz pregnant so was not that bad but without i would never ever do. when my head clears and i am back in my 'home office' i will write up some advice relating to my experiences, good and bad.

they are trying to make things more streamlined here i i hear but at the moment, NOT

DFA does not require appointments for infants under 1 so I guess your boy wouldn't have been able to get prioritized.

I didn't realize that you guys had to deal with their Cebu office. Here in Manila they have I think 3 other satellite offices... in malls too so that's more convenient.
