Hi my beloved Vjers,

Good afternoon everyone!At-last the long wait is over!Tomorrow is our interview with my k2 and my fiance (USC) is here with us.I just have a couple of questions, please give me some good and right answers.

We prepared everything we need to bring already for our 7':30 am interview.

· Copy of Interview Appointment Confirmation Sheet w/barcode at the end

· BPI Bank Receipt

· Petitioner and Fiancé Letter of Intent

· DS-160 Confirmation Page for me and William (Child)

· I-134 & Attachment #1

o Proof of petitioner’s income:

1. Copy of your 2012 federal tax return (See Attached)

2. 2012 W2s (See Attached)

3. 2-3 recent paystubs/pay slips – Nicholas will need to provide and send this directly to you

· Passport for you and William

· Original NSO Birth Certificate for me and child

· Original NBI Police Clearance

· Any foreign police clearance from any country lived in for 6 months or more since age 16 (if applicable)

· Original NSO Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)

· Proof of Meeting and Relationship (5-10 photos together and 15-20 copies of communication like emails or chat logs)

· Visa Photographs for me and child

I've heard that there are things that needs photocopy, like passports?can you tell me which ones are those, cause I'm just not sure'.

Thanks everyone and wish us luck!

For photocopies, I was never asked for any photocopy of passports but just to be sure I photocopied everything. That way when they ask you for anything, u still have a copy of it and they also have a choice on whether to get your original or photocopy, whichever they require or decide to take. Good Luck! you will do great! They just really want to know if your love and relationship is genuine :)

No you do not need to make photocopies of the passports for the interview.

Everything else looks good. Follow the embassy instructions letter for what is required at the interview, always good to use as your checklist. ;)

Your fiance is there with you, that is always a big plus! :)

I personally accompanied my fiancee in the Philippines to the interview (just got back to the States). It is better have ready all papers you mentioned and don't forget the form I-134 properly filled, anyways you won't be using all those but a clerk outside the building will give you a small paper with a list of what you have to give in the window when you are called the second time.

Good luck, and don't worry, everything will be fine.

Gladly and happy that my fiancee and son passed....still waiting for their visas and I expect them by the end of February.

all scanned?like what?

mails?letters?and other conversation?

I think there shouldn't be a problem as long as it's dated (not hand-written) and well readable.
