[Requirements] - Spouse/Fiance passing thru immigration

Hi everybody,

Since the Philippines immigration always change, i'd like to know what is the special requirements if i'll be travelling with my wife for undefined time in Spain.

I know that the main requirements are :

- CFO sticker

- Long term visa delivered by the embassy

- Marriage contract NSO

Besides this, I wonder if anyone encountered situation where the IO is asking for additional requirements like NBI, etc ... ?

Not sure what you are asking, or what type of visa.. and ... Spain? Anything regarding traveling to Spain you would have to check with Spain's requirements..

Are you married to a US citizen or a Spanish citizen? This forum (VJ) deals will visas for the USA.

Indefinite time? Are you just traveling or immigrating?
