l-129f filing address

My fiance lives in wisconsin, west aliss. Does she have to file the l-129f at california or dallas.

Hi,

If you're sending by regular mail, all I-129Fs get filed at the Dallas Lock box facility, as per the instructions here http://www.uscis.gov/i-129f:

File Form I-129F at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility:
For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

Once it gets there, they open it, cash your check and send it on to the service center for processing. Because your fiancee is from Wisconsin, it'll go to the California center like ours did Good to see another future Wisconsinite!

All I-129F petitions are mailed to the same address, the Dallas Lockbox facility. It makes no difference where you live. > http://www.uscis.gov/i-129f
