My fiance has a child from previous relationship the mother doesn't want us to take the baby right now and I understand we will need her permission to bring the child. However me n my fiance would like to leave the follow to join option open.

My question is when we have our cita we won't have to pay for the baby paperwork? Correct?

Payment will be required at the time of the child cita correct?

hi

you cannot do that, he cannot pay or do anything

If the baby was added on his K1 application, is when he arrives, the child will have 1 year for follow to join,

after that one of you can petition for him as parent or stepparent

Mr.tee I do all that submitting paperwork once my fiance is here? CORRECT? When following to join

My main question is : will the visa fees have to be paid when the baby is coming and not at my fiance cita in march?

ALEFUL

I dunno what your talking about

My concern is when are the visa fees paid when its a follow to join?

Is it at my fiance interview or is it when the baby has a interview date within that one year timeframe?

I understand the child has one year to enter. That is clear
