Hello all. I am writing this question in behalf of my mother. This must have been asked thousand times but I would rather ask you this question based on our situation. My mother PR 10yr GC holder is here in the US living with me and my husband. She is not working currently. How can she petition for my dad and my minor brother? He is 17 yrs old. What visa she needs to process? Does she need to fill out and submit one form for every person (dad and brother)?

Thank you in advance.

hi

if she isn't going to become a USC, then she can file on i130 for both of them, as he is a derivative of her husband's petition for being under 21.

but then at the NVC or National Visa Center, the petitions separate and she has to file separate forms, payments and documents for each of them, except for the I864 affidavit of support, which is one payment for both,, one per family group
