Hi there- it is me again with a couple question about EAD renewal.

1) Which USCIS office? I put Chicago. It asks for a date... Do I put the date that they receive my adjustment of status and EAD application or the date that I received my EAD card?

2) On question # 15. Current immigration status? What should I put here? for question # 14 Status last entered US? I put K-1 visa. But I am not sure what I should put on # 15? Our case for Adjustment of status is pending.

Please help me with these questions. I am planning to submit my app before the end of the week.

1) I would put the date of your first EAD NOA1

2) Current Immigration Status: C(9) Pending Family Based Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Resident

3) Status last entered US: K1 Visa

Done with K1, AOS and ROC
