Hello,

I'm applying for K1 visa for my fiancee. She is already in process to gather documents for interview at the embassy. I as an petitioner need to provide I-134 form for affidavit of support. There is my problem. Last year in december I become selfemplyed. How I can show my income. My tax return for previous year will be based on the income from my former job not from my own business. I started in the december so first payments from client will come later in january even in february.

Any idea what are my options here?

At the form is secondary option "report of commercial rating concern" try to google how I can obtain one buy no luck with it.

Thanks for any ideas.

Provide your most recent tax transcript(and perhaps most recent pay stubs from last job that went until last month) and client contract to show what you will be making currently this year. Not sure what consulate this is for. Some are more lax about the affidavit than others.
