Hi Vjrers and Happy New Year,

Need your help please!

Our case show ready at consulate since December, 21st but the letter from NVC to petitioner says both fiancée and children are to fill form ds-160 to apply for visa. Unfortunately the accompanying child of the principal applicant passport's is not yet available. Your advise please!!!!

Contact embassy.

Thank you so much. I called the embassy as advised, they said the child may apply without passport but cannot attend the interview without.

As I was filling his form DS-160, I received a call saying his passport was ready.
