hi everyone i need some advice my fiancee had interview this jan 12 and I'm getting worried.. I've been separated for long time but me and my ex file taxes together because of house and child and he refuse to sign paper anyways the last 3 years we have on join file but he don't make money because of disability i make more then enough for my fiancee .. my question is would it be a problem on his interview because my ex and i file join for last 3 years.. and this 2013 is my 1st time to file alone please any opinion would be great i explain this to my fiancee but i can't sleep getting worried thank you in advance

I am not sure if that wil be a problem for you....my ex and i filed 2 of my last 3 tax returns together because of a simular reason but i filed 2012 by myself and my fiance didnt have any problems....anyway good luck with your interview
