Removal of Conditions Begins by end of first week of February

 

  • February 5, 2019   - Printing package;
  • February 11, 2019 - ROC package mailed;
  • February 13, 2019 - Package delivered to Dallas Tx;
  • February 15, 2019 - Credit Card Charged;
  • February 19, 2019 - Electronic Notification Rec'd, Case Location LIN - Nebraska;
  • February 21, 2019 - Received NOA with 18 month extension for wife ONLY, not 14yo dependent who is on application;
  • March 12, 2019      - Notified USCIS that we never rcvd i797 for 14 yo minor, they provided a case # and submitted a Svc Request
  • May 2.2019             -  No forward motion, we called again and despite there was an officer assigned to this service request nothing happened/ no extension. We filed an InfoPass and have an appointment for Monday 6th for passport stamp.
  • May 6, 2019 - Attended InfoPass appointment in Philadelphia local USCIS local office for 930. This was for a never rcvd 797 for our 14yo dependent. Arrived 9:15, not crowded at all. No extra photos or fingerprint taken. We were in the car (lots of parking available) at 945. Pleasant female officer, she updated and checked for no changes. Stamped passport, explained is valid for 1 year. The took the green card which expired 5/4/19. No issues or problems.. I asked about the non receipt and she said it's pretty common.. 
  • August 23 - Biometrics NOA, scheduled for 9/3 @1pm
  • September 3 - Biometrics
  • September 4 -Fingerprint Review was completed
  • January 8 - ROC, Card Being Processed, Citizenship is next!
  • January 15 2020  - Cards Delivered

 

N400 Citizenship :)

 

  • November 28, 2020     - N400 Filed online and paid via CC
  • November 28, 2020     - NOA received electronically

The translation is not accurate, it sounds more like being on probation lol

In spanish is " permiso de salida"

Y lo solicitas con el formulario I 131, ese lo envias al mismo tiempo con el I 485 y el I 765.

Is a temporary permit to leave the country on a short trip while waiting for conditional permanent residency to be approved. It doesn't guarantee your wife will be admitted again in the country, it is up to the CBP officer to approve it.

Las razones que yo use al llenar mi formulario fueron:

- La edad avanzada de la abuela de mi hija y sus problemas de salud.

- Tratamiento odontologico de mi hija (en Colombia)

Hola chicos, yo apenas estoy empezando con mi proceso pero me surgio una pregunta en lo que dijo Fer que va a solicitar el SSN eso es un requisito para casarse? Esque yo ya tengo un SSN cuando fui au pair en usa y no se si me tocaria sacar otro o con ese ya me sirve alguna ex au pair o alguien que sepa del tema? Mi SSN tiene restriccion oara trabajar o ese me sirve para casarme y ya cuando este ajistando el status voy a la oficina y lo cambio con mi nuevo nombre?

Yuri para casarte no necesitas el social, solamente tu pasaporte. El social lo piden si vas a abrir una cuenta en el banco, si vas a sacar una linea telefonica, para tu licencia de conducción etc, el número de social que tienes es el q vas a tener siempre, cuando te cases y cambies tu apellido vas a la oficina y te cambian la tarjetita (a mi me lo dieron con mi apellido de casada llevando el registro de matrimonio, pero he escuchado de otras personas a quienes les han dicho que deben esperar a la green card, depende de con quien te toque)

Puedes trabajar con ese social y la combo card (permiso de trabajo/salida) que te llega antes que te aprueben la residencia.

Les cuento que llegue el jueves a Austin, ha sido bastante estrés tantas visitas, todo nuevo y uffff ? Pero todos me han recibido muy bien. Ahora a solicitar el seguro social, no? Y a empezar a hacer todo el proceso ?

Hola Fer!!! Qué bueno que ya estés disfrutando del calor de Texas, somos vecinas!!! Quería sugerirte que si te vas a casar pronto esperes a tener tu certificado de matrimonio para sacar el SS así no lo tienes que cambiar despues por tu apellido de casada.

Lo ideal es que lleves las form originales, pero he leído de mucha gente que lleva copias pq no se los alcanzan a enviar, llevas w2, 1040, comprobantes de pago, carta laboral y ya está el único que se requiere original es el I134 por lo que lleva la firma de el?
