Hi all..

The form I -134 on uscis has expired on Dec 31 2013.. What should we do now?

1. Fill the expired form with the current date?

2. Fill the form in back date?

3. Wait for new form to get update?

If we fill that expired form with new date.will there be any issues on interview?

Plz reply asap

Thanks in advance..

This has been asked about several times recently. No reason to wait for any new form.

It is not about the expiration date, It is the edition date that matters Although in this case, it doesn't matter either because previous editions are accepted.

Edition Date

12/17/12. Previous editions accepted.
