Hi guys! We have appointment for I-485 application for Adjustment of status on the 29th of January. Anyone can give us advice or info? Just want to be ready. Thank you!

Medical Date: 2013-08-27 Passed

Interview Date : 2013-09-10

Interview Result : Approved smile.png

Visa Received : 2013-09-19

CFO Date: 2013-09-20

Departure Date: 2013-09-27

US Entry : Seattle

Marriage : 2013-10-05

Adjustment of Status package sent: 2013-10-28

Biometric Appointment: 2013-11-25

AOS interview Date: 2014-01-29 Approved

Green card received: 2014-02-05

Similar to your K1 interview, bring supporting documents of your relationship and marriage. They want to see documents supporting your AOS package. Joint accounts, bills, wedding photos, etc. It's pretty easy, so just relax and answer truthfully and calmly. Good Luck!

02/14/2013: MARRIED ON VALENTINE'S DAY!
03/18/2013: AOS Sent via USPS Express Mail
03/28/2013: NOA - AOS, AP, EAD
04/25/2013: Biometrics

05/28/2013: RFEs for EADs and APs

06/17/2013: AOS Interviews. Approved

06/26/2013: Green Cards Received! (APs and EAD also received but not needed)

Removal of Conditions
