want to cancel InfoPass appointment, but don't know confirmation number?

A few minutes ago, I made an appointment with USCIS through InfoPass (DORA). I just wanted to know which date, time and location are available for me. But before I wrote down the comfirmation number and 5 digit pin number in order to cancel the appointment, I accidentally clicked the X button on the right coner of the screen, therefore, the InfoPass page disappeared. Now, I'd like to cancel the appointment, but I have no confirmation and 5 digit pin number. How can I cancel it? Please help....

That happened to me once. It turns out the first date was just not working for me, so I decided to just not cancel, and try to make another appointment. When I got through filling out the required info... the page with the same old info popped up. I dunno, but it seems the new system will not allow you to make more than one appointment. I don't know if that was a fluke, but I was able to get the info I needed to cancel the first appointment. Maybe it will work for you.
