2X2 PICTURE FOR ST.LUKES MEDICAL & USEM?

Hello my fellow VJ Members,

I just have a question about the 2X2 pictures that I'm going to bring for my Medical/USEM.

can i still use the same picture that we submitted to USCIS for I-130 petition? Its 2x 2 picture..and i was thinking if i can use the same picture to save money. since nothing's changed on my face....etc.

will they consider the picture that we submitted to USCIS and NVC..or they will need a new one?. thanks

November 14,2013-------Notice of Action ( Notice of transferred NSC )
December 20,2013-------Notice of Action "Approval"
December 26,2013-------Case was Shipped to National Visa Center
January 13,2014 -------Case received at NVC
February 12, 2014-------NVC Assigned Case Number

February 25,2014------- Paid AOS & IV bill

February 27,2014------ -AOS & IV documents was submitted to NVC ( Completed DS-260 )

March 4, 2014 --------- NVC received AOS & IV documents

March 10 & 11,2014 -----( Done Advanced Medical at SLEC ) = Passed

March 21,2014---------- Case Completed

April 04,2014---------Received Interview Date ( P4)

May 5,2014-------- -Interview ( APPROVED )

(don't tell anyone but I have used passport photos from a year ago for AOS even ;) ) As long as you are looking the same I would not worry on it.

Big concern with using an older photo is if you do not look the same. Heck I could still use my wife's passport photo from the visa process as new ones would look the same. ;)
