Hi everyone our k1 visa was approved today yay! so at the last window they said we need an nbi with aka because theres a space between my fiancees last name has a gap. they said they send me an email with instructions. all the email says is that they cant release the visa until i present the following document. also the link that was provided is broken. so no instructions all it says is use 2go courier service to return document to the Immigrant Visa Unit. anyone can give me some guidance? thanks

Here ya go: http://cdn.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-iv-221ginfo.asp

3rd paragraph under Overview.

Basically, get the NBI clearance with the AKA they're requesting, send it via 2GO, and wait for the embassy to receive the document you sent.

Congratulations btw! kicking.gif

Depends how long it takes for them to review what you sent plus whatever checks they do. some gets processed quickly, some not so quick. I am not sure where they deliver it, but I'm sure 2go knows what to do with your documents tongue.png What option of visa issuance did you pick when you scheduled your interview appointment? That's what they will follow regarding delivery.

i never even look at how i will get my visa delivered when i scheduled my appointment.

Along with the 221g did they hand you back the copy of your appointment confirmation, I believe the delivery information you entered earlier is listed there.

They did not give me anything at the last window. All they did was tell me that they need Nbi with aka. He said he emailed me the information just check my email.

@henny, check your appointment confirmation. On the document delivery information, does it say PICK UP or HOME DELIVERY? That's how you'll know how to get your visa. Check both screenshots that I and Hank posted.

Hello cessypaul27, I was also interviewed last dec. 19 and was asked for nbi with aka. Up until now, my case is still under AP. Do you have any updates on your case? Thanks
