calling USCIS

Hello folks!

Can someone tell me how I can get to a representative when calling USCIS? I follow their prompt but it never give me an option to speak to a customer service rep.

Based on online status, my dad's hard copy for RFE has been sent out on December 11 but until now I have not receive it yet and worried that it might have gotten lost in mail. I already have my Mom's RFE which was sent out on Dec. 12. I assume the document they will be needing is almost the same as what they asking for Mom and I have it in hand but I cannot send it without the RFE letter.

Can someone help me please???

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally got a hold of someone by choosing denied case option. The rep said I have to wait for 15 days after it has been sent out before she can create a service call. We'll try again after Christmas. And for now going to send out my Mom's documents requested.

Thanks guys and have a great and safe holiday!!!!!!
