Interview preparation steps at Mumbai Consulate

Hello,

I have received consulate letter from Mumbai consulate asking me to follow 4 interview preparation steps as follows:

1. PCC - Already done by me.

2. Medical examination from the approved physician, link is given

3. Completion of DS-160 form

4. Create user account for passport/visa pick up location.

And after completion of the above 4 steps i have to schedule two appointments. 1 for Biometric 2. at the consulate.

My query is :

1. i called up the clinic for my medical, they want appointment confirmation letter from the consulate.

2. Do i have to go for vaccination ?

3. Is k-1 visa is considered as immigrant visa or Non immigrant visa.

Please help me i am totally confused and tensed. I appreciate if any one can guide me.
