Yes indeedy I do. Here's the one I got:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0009U5OSO/ref=oh_details_o07_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I really enjoy it. It is a little more work, but when you can take some dough, roll it, cut it, drop it into the water and have awesome noodles 2-3 minutes later... worth it. The first time I made some, my wife asked me why I was going to all the effort. Said it was just better to open a bag and boil the hard pasta. Then she tasted mine. Suffice it to say we have only bought pasta from the store while moving and our pasta maker is in storage...

I make my own noodles. I have celiac disease so the store bought gluten free stuff is not so good. I use a kitchen aid counter top mixer with the pasta attachment. Very expensive equipment but lasts a lifetime. Well worth it. Good luck and God Bless

DavenRoxy,

My wife just read the package to me over the phone.

Here are the ingredients exactly as listed on the packet of Maggi Brand-Magic Sarap: Iodized salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, chicken fat, flavor enhancer, garlic, onion, spices, natural and nature identical flavor, (Gluten), egg powder and meat powder.

We brought this stuff back from Philippines in July of this year. I hope they have changed the formulation because then I could use it but the msg still might be harmful...who knows?

Aloha and

Mele Kalikimaka

You care correct, good Sir! I got my list earlier from the internet, but the package at home reads just like yours. Good info for those who are truly gluten intolerant.

MSG harmful? I doubt it. The tides seem to be rolling in favor of MSG in the past year or two. But I'm old enough to remember how bad eggs were for us, as well as a few other things over the years. Kind of like rice... I think several Asian cultures of skinny people preclude the idea that rice is fattening and bad for you. :)

And tons of other ingredients, too. Not too many restaurants use MSG these days.

Now oil? Yeah, tons of that. And last I checked, too much of that is not good for the ole IBS...

Thanks for that info. I will tell her in the morning when she gets home from work. I dont reckon she will have much time to do it though since she will start school in January and working full time too. But I sure would like to give it a try if she doesnt have time. I am the "head cook" around here anyway...

It's easy, and it's fun. Get her one for Xmas, and either of you can use it!

Yeah, remember just a few years ago coconut oil was a "KILLER". They were using it in movie theaters. Then they quit using it because it was

"DEADLY". Now the hippies are selling it for 25 dollars a quart in Whole Foods and any other hippie, I mean health food store you can find.

Suddenly coconut oil is soooo good for you. #######??

Oh man, I LOVE me some coconut oil. Great for the skin, cooking, hair... that stuff rocks! Just a TINY bit on a finger, and your hands are moistened. Soaks in fast too. And I love to cook potatoes and onions for breakfast, with eggs over them. The coconut oil adds a flavor that is tasty and unique!

My other favorite oils are grapeseed (high smoke point and no flavor added to food), and olive oil, if I want flavor and am cooking on LOW heat.
