N-600 form topic need help PLEASE

Before i ask about my problem i would like to thank everyone for reading and a special thanks to anyone who has tried to help me in any way possible

Hi sorry if the topic i am about to start is in the wrong discussion but i really have a problem. So back in june-july of 2012 my dad sended in an application of N-600 which is an application for citizenship. Back then i was at the age of 17. I also heard that this application is for only those who are under 18. When he did this application everything went smooth. But then the case was put on hold and after several months they asked for more information. They specifically wanted information that gave proof of me living in America. All that was given and everything went alright. They placed my application in Oath cerimony on july 25, 2013. But its been about 6 months since then and no updates. Just have a couple of questions that i wanted help with.

1. Has this happened to anyone before?

2. Is this normal for 18 years olds?

3. Can they just forget about my case like it never existed?

and as the thread goes on i will be asking a few more questions

I would make an infopass and see what's going on with your application. If there is no help with that call your senator, tell them your situation they should be able to help you as well. I hope that helps good luck.

No they will not forget about it like it never happened USCIS records everything.

If you don't get an answer from USCIS and your senator didn't help you, then you can take them to court and have a judge do your case. Good luck.

dam going all the way to a judge just for my case. Thats seems hardcore but i am willing to take any option avaliable thank you for the help man. I really appriciate your advice.
