Hi All,

I am currently working in US on H1-B visa. My employer is in New York. My original LCA was filed to work at a Client location in New Jersey. However, after three months of work I was allowed to work from home(remote IT support).

Recently I got married. My wife is US citizen and she lives in Florida. She is applying for my green card.

I believe that for this we have to stay together and show common address to USCIS. I am thinking about showing my address in Florida, and I am planning to get a letter from my employer stating that I am working full time in their IT department and I am working from my home office in Florida.

However, I am confused as to whether I should do an ammendment on my h1-b and file a new LCA before my wife and I submit GC application.

Kindly please advice,

Regards,

Clinsas
