The affidavit of support or I-134 should be in original form with signature and date of ur fiancé, , the supporting docs for the aff of support like 1040 and the w2, or the IRS tax transcripts or the income tax return can be in scan or photocopy.

Current letter of intent from your fiancé should also be in original letter signed ...prepare this in case the US consul will ask one from you...though I was not ask to submit during my interiew.

With ur second question...it depends on the Filipino prescreener If he or she will accept the copy of the I-134....if there is time tell fiancé to send u original form ....if no time, submit the copy but then u might receive the 221g paper and ur passport with visa might be delayed until u submit the original I-134.
