Timeline

Hi guys,

i have one question to ask you guys. One friend of mine will get interview soon, she's so worried and nervous because of her fiance is planing to change his job that gives him high salary. she is worried because of the affidavit support had her fiance's previous job. Will it issue her when she is getting interview or not.

I really appreciate you guys to answer her question

There should not be problem because the I-134 is already filed and the interview is very soon.

He is just "planning", so do not stress out about it. Besides, as long as he is working and earn enough money to meet the requirement

your friend will be fine.

If he does change the job before interview then she can ask him to send her the new job description and the address of his new employment

and employment letter. If he has enough time he can redo the I-134 to reflect the new job and give to her to take to the interview.

04/05/04 : K1 NSC

08/03/04 : Case approved

10/26/04 : Visa approved

12/09/04 : Fiancee arrives in the US.

12/28/04 : Married in Chicago.

2/25/05 : file AOS and EAD to

3/25/05 : NOAs for both

4/2/05 : fingers print

4/23/05 : received EAD card

7/6/05: NOA for interview in October 2005.
