1. did you file jointly on your tax???? that can be one documents you can show

2. Do you own a house??? or you rent?? Lease contract is second documents (just make sure both your name is on that contract IF NOT ask for the landlord to make a letter that stating both of you leave at the same address)

3. since you have joint credit card show the monthly statement of your credit card make sure both of your names is there (If not call the credit card company and ask if you can have a letter stating that you and your husband have a joint account in their company)

4. affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship (Each affidavit must contain the full name

and address, date and place of birth of the person making the affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner of beneficiary, if any, and complete information and details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge of your marriage);
hope this will help...

It's not too late to add him as a joint bank account holder ,you NEED to do that.

Can you add him to your lease or mortgage?

Life insurance? At your age you can get a policy for under 25 bucks per month.

Maybe add him to car insurance for secondary type evidence?

Utilities? Most of our utility companies would not add my wife but the Gas company did ! So it was worth the effort.

For ROC you will need a couple of notarized statements from friends of bonafide marriage maybe you can get them for AOS as well? Anything will help.

Capital One has a credit card with a 500 dollar limit and is great for building BOTH of your credit scores.

Just some ideas , best wishes
