Scheduling an Interview

I didn't know there was a maximum amount of times you can cancel and rebook your interview online. I was trying to get a better appointment date than the one the system generated. Now that I see a better appointment date and want to book however I get this message " see attachment". What is the best way to get pass this and rebook? Is there a way they can reset the amount of times you cancel? Please help!!

I believe you can only reschedule 3 times. Anything beyond that, you would have to pay the VISA fee again.

It says so on your screenshot, if you cancel your current schedule, you won't be able to get another appointment until another MRV fee is paid.

You can only reschedule twice without penalty.....
