Hello,

My fiance submitted his packet 3 to England back in August, however they had lost our DS 2001 which we sent after and wasn't logged till November. My fiance already submitted everything in his packet 3 back in August except for the DS 2001. His interview is now scheduled for next month, and we were wondering if he has to submit the DS 160? (note: he already sent 156, 156k, 157, and 230). We know part of one of the forms he sent (I believe the 230) said other part should be brought in to interview, does he now not bring it and just fill out the DS 160? or does he bring it AND fill out the DS 160?

Your four forms will get him the visa. They contain all the information needed. Just because they have changed forms since his were submitted does not mean he has to apply again using the new system.

And you are incorrect about the DS-230 Part 2. It is not a fiancé form and is not submitted at the interview. The London instructions have never told K1s to submit anything but Part 1 of the DS-230. When that form was in use, those getting spouse visas submitted Parts 1&2.
