Ok just read through your other posts.. Oh boy..

Did you get the denial letter yet? You need to either withdraw the petition, or you need to wait for the USCIS to deny the petition. You cannot file another I-129F while you still have one in the works.

diablo.gif GUY !! It is not possible find any waiver letter that you can copy or adjust to your specific case because not all the cases are the same as yours; my best advise to

your situation is write yourself the letter explaining why things happened and other conditions that may apply to you situation perhaps you could start as: headbonk.gif

I hereby request a waiver from the I-129F to re-filing the case number # ECI XXXXXXXX by second time due to ............... or something to that effect...

you do not have to be a lawyer or any law savvy guy ....just do it your self according with you case complexity and limitations to that effect.

Go ahead you can do it ....
