Hi guys, received my email notification yesterday (YAY!!) but... it says this at the end..

"Further, this notice does NOT constitute evidence that your case remains pending with USCIS. The current status of your case must be verified with USCIS"

Does this mean I have to contact THEM? I'm a little confused. lol
Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Hi VJers,

I'm in the process for a K1 visa for my fiancee, and right now we have been approveddancin5hr.gif . I sent the I129F application with all the support documents for I134 ( Affidavit of Support), i meant, my pay-stubs, my employer's letters ( cuz i have 2 jobs), my tax returns for the last 2 years. My concern is that should i have to send recent pay-stubs or updated I134 to my fiancee or the ones in the package will be enough for the interview.

Thank you and May God Help everyone of you on their respective Immigration Journey.

You are in the wrong section of the forum. Look for the K1 forum and post your concern there and you'll get answers from other K1 applicants.

That message is normal. Everyone gets it when they received email notification from USCIS. Just wait for the hard copy in the mail.

Ah I didn't even see the post from the other person. lol I was wondering about the K1 part.

We are hoping to get IR-1 because we will hopefully already be married 2 years by the time the interview comes around. :)
