Questions about the K-1 Fiance Visa: I-94

So my fiance and I are filling out the K-1 app. One of the things on there is about visits to the States prior to now. It asks for a bunch of I-94 stuff of which we have no idea what to put in since he has an ESTA. For example: I-94 number and I-94 expiration date. Also it asks for Entry status each time and we aren't sure what to put for that either. He's never been denied. He's been pulled into secondary twice but never has been denied entry to the U.S.A.

BTW I can't retrieve his I-94 number because he does NOT have one. He is on a ESTA, not a visa!

He's not currently in the US so you skip 15 a b c .....
