My husband papaer for me and my daughter in april 2013 i ha e rec all my document however my

daughter i.formation never came when i called i was told my mail was return Account of the wrong address funny because everything came to the same address. After calling several times i was told to fax a i824 form but y do i have to pay when immigration keep sending my mail the wrong place i am at a lost is there any thing i can do to speed up the process my daughter does. Not live in the us

strange that they told you to fax it. you always send the form by mail and yes, the i824 does have a cost, almost every form has a cost.

does the case have to go the NVC and then for consular processing? because it's to transfer the case.

reading your case I don't think that's what you need. did you move and had a change of address? If so, the i824 has nothing to do, because it has to do with change of address and not change of where the case should be transferred.

Make sure they have the correct address. If you are in the US, then you make an infopass appointment
