Hi vjers! I need an advice regarding the ds 160 questions Part 5. The questions are:

First:

Are you a graduate of a foreign medical school seeking to perform medical services in the United

States but have not yet passed the National Board of Medical Examiners examination or its

equivalent?

--- I'm a registered nurse working in UAE, got my degree in Philippines and also registered there but that doesn't mean that

i'll go there to perform medical services. Mainly the purpose why I want to go to U.S is for my fiance. What if they'll see that it has some

conspiracy if I'll put no to my answer then they'll see that my primary occupation is registered nurse?

Second:

Are you a health care worker seeking to perform such work in the United States but have not yet

received certification on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools or from an equivalent approved

independent credentialing organization?
