Hi Vjers! While thanking you once again for your advise and guidance, I have some concern about I-134...

Number of peolple to sponsor: 2 (fiancee and child). Following the advise I received from you after my last posting, finally got a friend to be a co sponsor for fiancee and son but have the following questions to Vjers...

1. Do the co sponsor and I need to feel different forms for finacee and child?

2. on item 3(Relationship to sponsor), what will the co sponsor write?

3. on item 8(The following peron are dependent...) should the sponsor/co sponsor include name of fiancee and child?

4. Is there need to attach any document with the form as proof?

5. Is there any need to write a covering letter? if yes, should the sponsor and co sponsor do that?

6. If the co sponsor if married does the spouse need to sign the form too?

Thank you

You fill out the same forms and provide same proof of incomes , just you prove yours and he proves his )

You fill out the form and your household size is 3 ( assuming you have no other minor children with others people )

Your co sponsor fills in the form and his total household size is at least 4 ( him,.spouse, your fiance and child ) Does he have children or has he sponsors anyone ?

Your cosponsor is a friend of the applicant

the following people are dependent are the co sponsors wife and any minor child even if they do not live with him.

The fiance and child are listed in the sponsored persons .

Remember that shortly you need income at 125% or your family will not be able to adjust status and technically would have to leave.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Yes, Petitioner need I-134 and co-sponsor need another I-134 (total TWO I-134)

2. on item 3(Relationship to sponsor), what will the co sponsor write?

Friend? Since you said the co-sponsor is a friend

3. on item 8(The following peron are dependent...) should the sponsor/co sponsor include name of fiancee and child?

4. Is there need to attach any document with the form as proof?

Yes, both sponsor and Co-sponsor need to provide ITR, pay stub, letter of employment, W2, length of employment - Anything that is applicable to you

5. Is there any need to write a covering letter? if yes, should the sponsor and co sponsor do that?

Not that I know of

6. If the co sponsor if married does the spouse need to sign the form too?

Spouse need to be counted as his household size. If your friend(co-sponsor) does not have a child, that makes household size : 4

co-sponsor himself, spouse, your fiance and child (total 4).
