Hello there.

I am a USC who filed i-130 for aos.

Got NOA1 and am about to send off the rest of the aos packet i-485, i-864, i-765.

(didn't realize we could file concurrently when we filed i-130)

My concern is on i-130 i wrote down self-employed income with an additional other part-time job I had together to surpass the financial requirement.

I had quit the part-time job and am now fully self-employed as a freelance hairstylist.

I filed my taxes for the last 2 years, both look fine.

I was told as self-employed i can just attach schedule form C and that would be fine, but i dont make above the poverty line with what is shown on schedule C (a little over 17k).

I dont have any other proof of income because I mostly deal with cash as a hairstylist.

Do you think it would be ok to send my AOS with just schedule C Anyways?

this is last piece of the puzzle ><

if this is good we can finally ship off our packet!

11.26.2013 filed AOS (attached I-797 for I-130, I-485, I-765)

12.05.2013 NOA1 (text/email)

12.13.2013 NOA1 (hard copy)

12.16.2013 Recieved biometrics appointment/letter

- I-130 moved to processing (text/email alert)

12.17.2013 Attempted biometrics walk-in FAIL.

12.27.2013 went to biometrics appointment @11am. smooth process, about 30-45m.

12.30.2013 TEXT AND EMAIL case updated. i-130 approved and instruction letter mailed!

01.02.2014 Hard copy i-130 approval/transfer notice

01.08.2014 Status changed to Testing & Inteview

02.05.2014 EMAIL NOA INTERVIEW DATE: 03.11.2014 ♡

02.06.2014 interview NOA repeat email/text (03.11.2014)

02.14.2014 text/email notice EAD Card/production

02.18.2014 text/email repeat notice EAD card/production

02.21.2014 text/email EAD mailed out directly to our address

02.26.2014 EAD DELIVERED IN MAIL

03.11.2014 INTERVIEW DAY 1:15PM APPROVED ON SPOT!! (Text/email GC in production)

03.17.2014 GC ARRIVED IN MAIL!!
