Hi everyone

I hope i can find a help

Me and my wife stull waiting for noa2, inshalah when we will get it i wanna know what forms we gotta fill, ? Do we have to fill anything online,?

The forms and the documents that they will request do i have to send it from morocco directly to nvc? Or i should send to my wife and she send it to nvc?

Salaam brother. At the top of this site is a "Guides" button. Click on it and then choose spousal visa or IR-1/CR-1. It will take you through all the steps.

I am doing the K-1 visa for my fiance so I do not have any personal recommendations for your type of visa. Just get all your paperwork ready. Medicals are only good for a year and must be done at specific locations, police reports are good for 6 months I believe so you should really wait until you get the notice to start those. You can make sure her passport has a good validity. You have to have at least 6 months from the date you go to the embassy/consulate so have her double-check her expiration date.

Make loads of dua and be sure you have enough income for the AOS (affidavit of support) or get a co-sponsor lined up. :) Insha'Allah khair!
