Hi everyone, can somebody help me regarding on AOS? I started working last oct of 2012 so My ITR was below poverty lane, is it okay if i will send an explanation letter regarding my 2012 ITR? My status for 2013 is above poverty lane & i will send a pay stubs good for 6 months & an employment letter from my employer. Do you think that will work? Or i really need a co-sponsor? Thanks everyone.

You will need a co sponsor. But if you wait to submit till you file taxes next yr then you won't need a co sponsor

aos fee paid and emailed ds3032 7/8/2010

aos packet scanned 7/20/10

iv packet scanned 7/22/10

case complete 8/18/10
