Please help: when to file for K2 AOS?

my k2 son (10 yrs old) arrived on august and it is already november, im scared that i misunderstood some of the information i read online regarding the filing for aos. i already filed for my aos and i received my greencard 2-3 mos ago, but i havent filed for my son yet due to financial issues.

i read somewhere that i have a year to file for his status but then i read something else it says 90 days?

please help

You have to have married in 90 days You son needs to AOS to legally attend public school
