I am in ap from 7.5 months and still now

My catagory F2A child of LPR

But problem is that i have only 10 moths for green card eligibility.

Can i should expedite my ap..plz help

You do not need to worry.

If you submitted at least DS-230 part 1 in time and attended interview at US Embassy you will be protected by CSPA, no matter how long is your AP period.

Your age was locked on that date.

The same thing happened to my children and Alhamdulillah now they are in USA.

Can u plz tell me in detail how my age locked..i am sooo worry

When your priority date become current..Your CSPA age will be calculated on the 1st date of that month.

Also once you attended interview and consular officer asked you to sign DS-230 part 2, Your age is locked at that time. You must not worry about your- self aging out.

No matter what your biological age is at that time.

Once CSPA advantage is given to anybody, than if case goes for any length of AP , you are safe .

You should not worry. You will definitely get Visa once the AP is completed.

Could you please provide your date of birth, Date when petition was approved, Date when your priority date bacome current and when was your interview. So I will be able to convince you accordingly.

My three children had to submit DS-230 3 times and their AP time was 2 years,5 months.

When they got Visa their biological age was above 25 years ( One son and daughter ) and for one son below 25 years.

So I again say "Don't worry.

My interview in 2012 march but banned for one year due to medical resaon after one year 2013 in april i submitted last ducuments

Police certificate

Pictures and ds 230..from that still now in ap

When your first interview took place your CSPA age was 18 years,6 months,28 days . So you were very well covered by CSPA , that's why you were allowed to attend interview. So your age was locked (freezed) at this point for immigration purpose. You will remain of same age no matter your biological age increases with the time.

Now even you submitted you documents again in April 2013 , Your CSPA age will remain the same,18Y,6M.28D, Understand ?

Don't worry, Be Happy. InshaAllah you will get your visa soon.

I Once again say that now your CSPA age will not increase, only your biological age will increase.

That is a common thing.

We submitted Ds-230 three times , medical 4 times, PCC 3 times during our AP period and at last they apologized for being late in issuing visa to us and Visa officer told me that we have to follow certain system.

They asked for passport so this is a good sign.
