Packet submission to NVC (split topic)

hi. do i have to send these in two packets, that is, one packet for me and one for my son?

The ones on the list on the NVC guide,

under the heading IV Packet:

2. Two signed passport sized photographs of the beneficiary (1 page)
3. Certified birth certificate of the beneficiary (1 page)
4. Certified marriage certificate of the beneficiary and petitioner (1 page)
5. Original divorce decree of the beneficiary (1 page)
6. Original police certificate of the beneficiary (1 page)

1. Copy of the biographic data page of the beneficiary’s passport (1 page)
2. Copy of certified birth certificate of the beneficiary (1 page)
3. Copy of certified marriage certificate of the beneficiary and petitioner (1page)
4. Copy of original divorce decree of the beneficiary (1 page)
