NVC sent K1 case to the embassy on Oct 18th but embassy has never received it

Everything was going smooth, got a letter from NVC that my case was being sent to the embassy, it's been a standstill every since October 18th. No one can give me any info? Please Help

I would email them the DS-230 part 1 signed by the beneficiary (have the beneficiary print, sign, scan) and email to the IVappointment inbox referencing your case#, petitioner and beneficiary name and DOB. then begin to prepare for the police cert, no impedement cert, collecting all pertinent documents. After you email the DS-230 part 1 wait about a week and call DOS to confirm if an appointment has been scheduled (if you haven't heard anything back from the embassy during the week you email the DS form)

Do you have your case number? It starts with KNG. Then you can complete the form requesting an interview. Don't worry proceed with getting everything done and get ready.

Pinkrlion where do I find the document to schedule an interview? I do have my KNG number.
