hello everybody

i wish you all goodluck in your process, i know that all we need is patience, it's hard to be a part away from our partners.

i just need some help , my wife sent the I-130 form 2 weeks ago and she expect to get her receip next week, and we are going to apply for the k3 visa, so she will need to file the I-129F form , i have some questions about this step:

1-do i need to fill the G325A form and send it to her or does she can fill it herself in my place.

2- does she need a certified copy of our marriage certificate or only a copy of it.

i appreciate your help

well if you can get it certified by the consulate its better, but its not a requirement and it needs to be in English

I got married in Pakistan. We sent in copies of the stamped certificates in Urdu and one translated copy in English. All forms must be in English as well. Good luck.
