Did someone use the site before?

I filled out the form in Ombudsman for my case,they sent me an email that has written, "They will try for my case if they can help."

I want to know how much I should have hope from them ?

I sent them a request but they were closed during the shutdown. I received an email two days ago from them telling me my case was shipped to the NVC from CSC and it was currently under AP there. I already knew all of this though.

It never hurts to try.

After more than 50 days Ombudsman answered me. Their answer is: please wait for 75 days again, may be USCIS answer you.why have getten late your GC.

Thanks The Ombudsman for nothing.
