Passports for interview

Hello! I'm new here and want to first of all thank everyone for the great input and information that this site has already given me! I will be sending in my N400 application soon (as soon as I receive one document in the mail).

I have a question about the passports to bring to the (eventual) interview: I do not have all my old passports!!! I guess I figured at some point they are not needed and did house cleaning and shredded them. I was able to figure out all my trips abroad for the past 20 years, but will my missing passports be a big issue at the interview? I've been a permanent resident since 1993 and have only ever taken short week or two trips to the old country or leisure trips to Europe.

you need only the passports which cover your last 5 years before the filling.

Of course that makes sense. I'm good then since I do have my most current two passports that definitely cover the past five years.

I took my current passport and my previous one as it only expired about a year ago. The IO glanced in my current one to make sure it was mine and did not even look at the expired one so you will be fine.
