Hi guys, am slightly confused by something that might be very simple...

Hola lovely people of Visajourney :)

Just a quick question!

My fiancee and I filed for our K-1 Fiance Visa at:

USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

So that's basically where we sent our K-1 Fiance Visa Package to vis USPS Express Mail.

Please can someone explain if sending the package to the above address (which I think is simply a lockbox and not a service center???huh.pngunsure.png) means that we filed at Texas Service Center? Or if not, where can we consider our K-1 Fiance Visa Package to be filed at?

Am currently feeling like a lost sheep. blink.png

After they receive your petition they will do their part and then send it on to one of the service centers to be processed. Once this occurs, they will then notify you of where it's gone. Best of luck to you both! :)
