I-864 Tax Question

So when do I have to include 2013 tax info. I have my I-864 ready to go, but with all these delays we are looking at an I-130 approval in Jan. If that is the case when do I need to update my Tax stuff. I don't want to file my 2013 taxes until April in hopes that my husband will be here with his social instead of applying for an ITIN.

2013 tax info? That's done in 2014, for NVC or the IV Unit, after 15 April 2014 interviews.

Perhaps you were thinking of current annual income, instead, for 2013? That's a different block on the I-864.

Part 6 where they say total income it says that it should come from the 1040 form submitted to the IRS. And you are suppose to attach a transcript of the most current year. So I think I am good then cause my hope is to have a i-130 approval in Dec. and I know that is some hard hoping and praying.
