Good evening!

I am about to send my fiance in Mexico the things he needs to present for his appointments.

Please tell me if I have everything or if I am missing anything.

- DS 156 (2 unsigned copies)

- DS 156K (2 unsigned copies)

- NOA2

- Ciudad Juarez Invitation letter (Carta de Invitacion)

- ASC/Interview/Payment Confirmation

- DS 260 Confirmation

- I-134 (for myself & co sponsor)

*Tax transcripts

*Employer letter

*Last 4 pay stubs

*Birth Certificate

- Proof of Ongoing Relationship

(pictures, Facebook & Whatsapp chats)

- Letter of Intent (for both of us)

- Originals of my boarding passes from when I went to see him in February 2013 (these were submitted as copies in the I129F petition)

Below is what my fiance has that he will take with him to Juarez:

- 2 passport pictures (2"x 2")

- Mexican passport

- his Birth Certificate

- Vaccination card (in case they ask for it)

- Carta de antecedentes no penales (in case they ask for it)

I don't remember needing the affidavit of support or tax stuff back in CDJ, you do need it for AOS once in the states, though. They also couldn't care less about the letter from the police. Did this about a year ago, by the looks of it you are set.

Interesting about the affidavit of support and tax info.....I'm going to definitely investigate it more.

I'm just afraid of missing something from my end.

His interview is in 2 weeks so as you can imagine, we're both nervous but excited!

You do need the I-134 bring two copies of it, and bring your taxes, pay stubs, etc. I brought for the most 3 recent tax years for my husband and they requested all of it. Best of luck-

Hello how long did it take you to get an interview after case closed?

Goo afternoon,

Our case, once getting the NOA2, took a month to get to the NVC.

Once there, it left for the Consulate a couple of days later.

We scheduled our interview on

September 26, 2013 (after paying the visa fee online) and we were lucky enough to get the interview date of October 24, 2013.
