Im still waiting on my interview to. They told my packet 4 was sent out. But it doesnt have an interview date. Well thats what the DOS TOLD ME. BUT I FIND IT WEIRD THAT THEY SEND PACKET 4 wothout an interview

You cant designate an amount. You have to pay what immigration wants you to pay. From k-1 to applying for an adjustment of status you are looking at $2200. There are other fees after that. This is not including fees for your wedding in the states. Age is not a factor. I am 10 yrs older than my fiancé.

There is no age gap between the two of you it's just a few years so that will never be a problem. if you count your flight expenses etc it will never go pass the 2000

Major I-129F Expenses: (as of July 2013)

I-129F Filing Fee= $340 USD

Passport sized photos (price varies)

Medical Exam = $180 USD

Vaccines = $110 USD

Banco Popular Visa Application Fee = $176 USD ($160 + $16 service fee) – 2 separate payments, 2 separate receipts

Visa Fee paid day of interview at Consulate = $80 USD

DOMEX Courier Service to approved Visa = $ 9.50 – $12 USD (depending on delivery location) or ask to pick up from Consulate or Santiago.

And then also will need to have or obtain the following close to Interview date.

Birth Cert (In Extensa version) $??

Buena Conducta ($20 USD I believe)

Passport $??

And to Adjust Status after Marriage the filing fee all together is $1070 USD in addition to all the amounts listed above.
