Thank you so much for replying. Both job is above the 125% poverty income level. He just accepted the new job yesterday and it is on a different state so he will be moving from east coast to midwest. Is it ok if we keep the east coast address on our application? I'm just afraid and paranoid that USCIS will do a background check and they will see that he is no longer living on that address and not working on that company.

Thank you, thank you so much. Now that the interview is coming, I'm just getting paranoid, lol. He actually moves every year because he does IT contracting jobs. My fear is that when the consul asks me where is my fiance now and then I will tell them that he is in midwest when on his form its the east coast information.

Just keep your address updated as he moves and everything should be fine. My wife (fiance) at the time changed address as did I, and we just sent a letter indicating the move and all was well.

NoA 1 EAD / AP / AOS 7/23

EAD / AP Card Recieved 9/27.
