Delays in NVC stage

Hi VJ Family,

Hadn't visited the site for a while due to some delays in our case in the NVC stage right now.

We got the approval (NOA2) on July 16,2013,thus we were given a case number, only that it was MNL......meaning, Manila, whilst in my G325A, it was stated correctly that I am here in Thailand working and had been here for the last 5 years. Thus, we wrote NVC for re-assignment of our case to Bangkok instead. NVC asked for so many proof and evidences of my residency and employment status here. We sent them the following documents, via email and by post.

1. 4 valid work visas, though now cancelled because I moved to another employment and unfortunately, the current employer cancelled my

contract even before I was given a new work permit without due process.

2. Identity card issued from the Phil. Emb. Bangkok that I am a citizen of the Republic of the Phils.

3. Affidavit of residences from me and my landlady, duly notarized and signed. Enclosed utility bills.

4. Receipt and claim stub from Phil. Emb Bangkok that my new passport is on process.

5. Certificate of employment from my part time job.

My husband phone NVC last week and was told that they got the documents and said its on review and we'll be informed as soon as appropriate action has been completed.

There hasn't been any word from them as well how was my husband's AOS papers to date.

Overall, this journey had consumed all our sanity and positive state of mind. We're left with no choice but rely on the virtue of waiting..
